Bisita Iglesia 2009

It seems that every Holyweek I am able to do something different. This year was no exception as I completed Bisita Iglesia for the first time!

With Carissa and Ana completing the triumvirate, we accomplished visiting 14 different churches in 5 different cities in Metro Manila. Though it is very tiring, the experience was really worth it!

Here are the churches we visited:

10. St Francis of Assisi Church (Legarda)
11. Our Lady of Loretto Church (Legarda)
12. San Agustin Church (Intramuros)
13. Manila Cathedral (Intramuros)
14. Shrine of the Infant Jesus (Mall of Asia, Pasay)

Carissa and Ana had some very quotable quotes... hehehehe..

"Wala bang entrance sa gilid?" - Carissa referring to the UST Main Bldg. She thought this is the UST Chapel.

"Pa-picture tayo sa mga Claudia Sibil!" - Ana (Claudia should be Guardia)

"Baka sa Cavity kami bukas..." - Ana (Cavity should be Cavite)

Ekai's Birthday and My Last Day at Headstrong

March 20 is a very sad day for me as this is my last day at Headstrong. This also coincides with Ekai's nth birthday! hehehehe...

We decided to gave her a very delicious cake from Conti's and we ate it in just 3 minutes! Whew! Records breaking feat! hehehehehe...

Mio and Girlie's Wedding

Attended my friends Girlie and Mio's Wedding at the Shrine of the Infant Jesus near SM Mall of Asia last March 7, 2009.

Also in the wedding are some of my Sun Life friends - Resqu, Brader Alvin and his wife Janicelle, Manang Hazel, Kuya Jon, Boss Neil, Brader JV, Miss Yane and many more... hehehehe...

Haller Baler - the Baler Surfing Experience

Went to Baler last March 14-15, 2009 for a surfing adventure with my Headstrong Dabarkads (we're 22! ang dami!).

We stayed at Bay Inn Resort in Baler and our trip was arranged by Bart. Eventhough I wasn't able to surf (yoko na! hehehehehe), I'm sure the group really enjoyed it!

The package doesn't only include the surfing experience but also a tour around the town of Baler (capital of the province of Aurora) and swimming in a very cold batis with waterfalls. Unfortunately, we were not able to go inside the famous Baler Church and Museum because of the rain.

The experience is really a very memorable one since this was my last gimik with my friends as a Headstrong employee.

We will definitely go back to BALER!!!
