UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Game 2 - February 6, 2010

The second game of the day is between volleyball rivals UST Tigresses and FEU Lady Tamaraws. With one of FEU's leader Shaira Gonzales out of the game due to injury, the Tigresses dominated the game in just 3 sets. Angeli Tabaquero was chosen as the Player of the Game.

UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Game 1 - February 6, 2010

First women's game of the day is between the DLSU Lady Archers and NU Lady Bulldogs. Lady Archers took the game in 4 sets. Cha Cruz was chosen the Player of the game.

UAAP Season 72 Men's Volleyball Game 2 - February 6, 2010

Watched the game between the UST Tigers and NU Bulldogs with the Tigers beating the Bulldogs in straight sets. The Tiger Spikers are still leading the standings with 11-1 win-loss card.

UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Game 2 - January 31, 2010

The main game of the day is between the FEU Lady Tamaraws and Ateneo Lady Eagles. The Lady Tamaraws seemed that they will take the game when they posted a 2-0 set but the Lady Eagles snatched the last 3 sets to win the game.

UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Game 1 - January 31, 2010

First game of the day is between the Adamson Lady Falcons and the NU Lady Bulldogs. Adamson dominated the games in 4 sets with Lady Falcons' setter Dess Patilano chosen as the Player of the Game.

Plastic Virgins Tournament - January 30, 2010

Me and my barkadas joined our first ever ultimate tournament - the Plastic Virgins. This tournament is open for all ultimate players with a "beginner" level and hasn't joined any PUA sanctioned tournaments yet. The participants were divided into 2 groups - the dark team and the light team. Kat, Quino and I were in the dark team while Carissa, Nikki and Faye were in the light team.

The teams played a best of three format with each game is race to 11 points. The dark team won the first game (11-8) and the light team took the second game (10-8 -- under time limit of 1 hour). The deciding game became very exciting as the light team took an early lead (11-6) but the dark team made a comeback levelling the game at 11-all. The light team changed to another gear as they snatched the last 2 points of the game.

All in all, the tournament went smooth and very exciting. Everyone went home happy and satisfied with their performance. "WE ARE VIRGINS NO MORE!!!"

UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Game 2 - January 23, 2010

The second game of the day is between the rival schools Ateneo Lady Eagles and De La Salle Lady Archers. Lady Archers prevailed in 4 sets with Stephanie Mercado as Player of the Game.
