Shrine of Our Lady of Manaoag

Went to Manaoag, Pangasinan yesterday, August 9, with my family and relatives to hear mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Manaoag. My mother made a promise to Our Lady of Manaoag that she'll pay Her a visit after her successful knee operation.

Attended the EP Launch of my friend Faye's band, KAZE, last Saturday, August 1, at the Genre Bar in Cubao Expo.

Kobe Asia Tour 2009

Went to the Nike Park at Bonifacio High with Katitay and Trina to see Kobe Bryant in person.

We had a hard time finding a good place for picture taking because there are a lot of people present at the venue. Luckily, we were able to take few good shots.

Shakey's V-League - June 16, 2009

Watched the Game 3 of the Season 6 First Conference Finals between UST Tigresses and SSC Lady Stags where the former captured their 4th crown in 7 finals appearance making them the team with most number of championship crowns in the Shakey's V-League's history.

UST's Setter and the Best Setter awardee Rhea Dimaculangan was adjudged the Most Valuable Player of the Finals.

(Unfortunately, my sister and I were able to watch the last few minutes of the finals thanks to the heavy rains and heavy traffic!!!)

Shakey's V-League - June 14, 2009

Watched the Game 2 of the Finals series between San Sebastian Lady Stags and UST Tigresses. The Tigresses evened the series with 1 win apiece via a 3 set win over the Lady Stags.

In the earlier match, Adamson Lady Falcons snatched the third place honors by beating the FEU Lady Tamaraws in 3 sets.

Trina's Birthday Celebration

Celebrated Trina's birthday last May 30 which lasted until the early hours of May 31.

We first watched Terminator at Edsa Shangri-La Mall and then had dinner at Sumo Sam. The celebration continued at Carissa's house where we played Taboo, Ping Pong Pang and Hep Hep Hooray. We also had our usual videoke session.

We waited for Trina's birthday where we ate Mango Bravo (another record-breaking performance!!! hehehehe...) and another cake (I forgot the cake's flavor hehehehe) given by the goddesses.
